Our simple Iced Matcha Latte takes just a couple of minutes to shake up and is a totally on-trend summer favourite.
Our beautiful Matcha is made by our friends at Obubu Tea Gardens in Wazuka Prefecture, Japan. Matcha is a shade-grown, stone-ground green tea packed full of vegetal, umami, vivid green goodness. Matcha is super versatile- brew it hot, brew it cold, make it into a latte, cook with it, bake with it- it's the tea of the moment and we love it.

Iced Matcha Latte
To make one 1 serve:
Matcha or cocktail shaker
1 tsp or 2g of Canton Matcha
50 ml cold, filtered water
1 tsp of honey or agave syrup to sweeten (optional)
150ml milk (use dairy, soy, oat or almond)
In a matcha or cocktail shaker vigorously shake the matcha powder, water and sweetener (optional). Pour the milk into a tall glass filled with ice and top with the matcha mixture.
