Mulled Berry Square

Canton Berry and Hibiscus is our entirely natural infusion of juicy whole berries, succulent apple, tart hibiscus and sweet liquorice root- add a little spice and you have a delicious winter warmer.

To make a 500ml pot (serves 2) you will need:

  • 10 g Canton Berry and Hibiscus
  • Approximately 10 cloves
  • 1 whole cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional)
  • 1 slice of orange (optional)
  • 500 ml filtered boiling water

Add the Canton Berry and Hibiscus, sugar and cloves to your teapot, snap your cinnamon stick to release the sweet aroma and add to the pot. Pour over the boiling water and leave to steep for 5 minutes. It really is that simple.
